Heatwave in Reykjavik , Iceland june 30th Photos

Today i went to the beach in Reykjavik , and as you can see , it was quite warm . In local terms - it was a staggering hot . The temperature was in the high of 14 degrees on the celcius ( 57 on the Fareinheit scale ) Lot of people went to the beach to cool off a little and going in the Atlantic Ocean . And as you can see , there where a lot of people at the beach , and enjoying the sun and the coolness of the Atlantic Ocean

Reykjavik on a great evening in june 2013 - calm weather

Yesterday evening ,there was a cloudy and calm weather in Reykjavik. It was a great evening to be taking photos in Reykjavik.

Went this evening to see and enjoy the sunset at around midnight here in Reykjavik in Iceland. Many where walking around and enjoying the sunset . The weather was ok - temperature at 10 on the celcius - which is hot here in Reykjavik at 23:30 hours.

Now that summer has finally arrived, it is pure joy to go out and enjoy the sunset late in the evening. Sunset in Reykjavik is now at around midnight . And as you can see on my second video here , people take tables in the middle of the highway in Reykjavik and enjoy singing in the sunset. Many go out in the evening to drive around and enjoy the sun in all its glory .

Private airplanes in Iceland at a landing competition , video and photos

Here you can see private pilots having fun , during a landing competition on a small airport near Reykjavik. The weather was excellent and a great time watching great pilots showing off how good they are .
